Large scale classroom and gymnasium replacement on the 50 year old campus of Kofa High
School. Project was built using a CMAR delivery system and had to be built while the
campus was in use. The final construction consisted of three new classroom buildings
including one fine arts building, an administration building, and a new gymnasium.
